Casual Apparel at workplace

As we have been discussing in all our previous blogs about which is the most appropriate casual outfit how should people decide on what to wear and what not to wear, all these have given us a very clear insight on the view or image behind wearing casual clothes to the workplace. There is lots and lots to keep discussing on this topic but i would like to conclude my blog with this that the main motive of organisations bringing in one dress down day at work is to make the employee feel free and work and they give them the freedom to choose what to wear but along with that for it to be very neat and presentable.
If all these rules are kept in mind most of the employees will achieve success and reach their desired goals.I hope all of you have gained some knowledge on what casual apparel is right and what is wrong.
